Refund policy

We sincerely hope that you will fall totally in love with your Vagabond Life purchase and are 100% satisfied, however, just in case something is not to your liking, here is our returns policy should you wish to return your item.

We offer a standard 30-day return policy from the point at which you receive your goods. In the first instance, please contact us at contact@vagabond-life.com to notify us of your intended return as we may be able to help with any specific issues you have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also remain in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees required by the destination country.

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused or failed to pay these charges, the order will be treated as a voluntary return. Once the package is received back at our office, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Any customs, VAT, return shipping, or carrier fees charged to us as a result of the return may also be deducted from the refund.
